The Challenge
When I started working with this basement remodeling company in early 2021, their website was a mess—confusing layout, poor navigation, and low conversion rates despite solid traffic. They were bringing in around R216M annually, but leaving money on the table due to weak online performance and no clear strategy.
What We Did
We started small—R27K/month SEO—focused on ranking for local keywords across six key metro areas around Denver. I completely revamped their website, improving user experience, navigation, and content clarity, cutting outdated pages, and making sure their services and quality work stood out.
Once their website was working for them, not against them, we scaled up. Increased SEO to R72K/month, added Google Ads, and rebuilt their lead attribution process (their CRM couldn’t track leads properly, so we had to bridge that gap).
Results
Within two years, they were dominating search rankings, owning most of the impression share, and Google Ads added another layer of consistent, high-quality leads. Their sales team converted 20–30% of leads, and with an average sale value of R1.5M, they quickly scaled to R52M/month in revenue.
Marketing budget scaled to R306K/month, which was just 0.7% of their revenue. With that, they were getting R1,700 back for every R10 spent.

This company had the potential but lacked strategy. We helped them stop wasting money, get better leads, and grow from R216M to R540M/year with clear planning, execution, and results that actually mattered to them.
